ADAM BURGOON
Adam is a Partner of KarpReilly and has extensive experience structuring, executing and supporting private company recapitalizations and growth equity investments. Prior to joining KarpReilly, Adam spent time at both Apax Partners and Saunders Karp & Megrue. Adam has been involved in several successful investments including Café Rio, Miller's Ale House, Mimi's Café, NEP Broadcasting, Tommy Bahama and Trina Turk. Adam is a member of the board of directors of Café Rio, Café Zupas, Cooper's Hawk, Miller's Ale House and Trina Turk.
Adam holds a B.A. in Economics from Colgate University. He began his career working in the Mergers and Acquisitions departments of Merrill Lynch and Gleacher & Company.
