BILLY LOGAN
Billy is a Partner of KarpReilly and former partner of Apax Partners, L.P. where he was a member of the Business Services Group. Prior to Apax, Billy was a principal at Saunders Karp & Megrue (“SKM”), a middle market private equity firm with $1.5 billion of capital under management. Billy joined SKM in 1997 and has experience investing in the consumer, building products and business services sectors. Billy is a former director of several successful SKM/Apax investments, including Targus Group International, Miller’s Ale House Inc., Contech Construction Products, Inc. and Hub International, Ltd. (one of the leading insurance brokers in North America).
Billy graduated with Honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1994. After UNC, Billy began his career at Morgan Stanley & Co. as a member of its private equity real estate fund.
