Investment Criteria

Over the past 15 years, we have completed transactions of private and public small to mid-size growth companies across a broad range of industries. Our extensive experience allows us to quickly determine if an opportunity meets our investment criteria. Generally, our investment criteria are the following:

• Investments that require $10 million to $75 million of equity capital and with our close co-investor relationships we can provide additional capital to larger opportunities
• Opportunities that require an infusion of capital and access to valuable industry resources in order to carry out the expansion of a proven business model
• Investments in sectors that will benefit from our prior experience and professional network:
